Gear Set BP's in BoO

So I have been traveling all week and have just now been able to log into the Division. I was on reddit all week and know all about the patch. My question is, are the Gear Set BP's worth buying from the BoO or are there better BP's in the DZ?

Side note, I bought the Navy MP5 BP first :)
