[Help] My board will read as fully charged but the light will not display as green.

I first attempted to recalibrate the battery by running it from 100% to 0% 3 times but that has not seemed to solve it. I'm not really sure what to do from here, I have a Dual + with only 77 miles on it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
