Should I stay or should I go?
Hello fellow rbn, tdlr at the end. Sorry there maybe some grammer/spelling mistakes, I am on mobile. I would like to have some advice in a choice I have to make within a few weeks. I live on campus and I have the option to live on campus again during the summer for 10 weeks with a reduced price (that I can actually pay for myself with my last summer job) away from my nparents and I only have to take one class for it too which is awesome. This will give me to opportunity to work almost full time during the summer instead of being at their house waiting to use the car when they get home. I am able to afford the dorm fees but need to make my money back plus some to buy a car and move in with my bf and his friend for the fall semester.(buying a car is the only requirement for me to move in with them when they find a place after they graduate) This would be awesome accept, I still feel like I'm obligated to live there during the summer. And I'm not sure if I can handle the sh!t storm that would happen after they find out I havn't come back from school. Currently, my parents and I havn't talked for awhile because I refused to thank them for the bad gift they sent me (which is in a previous post). They always say the worst thing you can do to someone is ignore them and my Nmom would do that alot. Them not calling on my Birthday is childish of them too. I could list a lot of bad events that they have caused to me, so why is it such a struggle to go through with what I want to do? I know I definitely can't stand another summer with them but feel like crap for trying to get out of there. My nmom would try to shame me for making my own decisions because the choices I made hurt her. For example picking out my own college and moving into the dorms after a semester of commuting by bus which took 4 hours total out of my day. I guess I will end this post with this, how do you deal with the emotional aspect of trying to move on with your life in stead of sticking with these N's? tdlr:Should I move back with my nparents during the summer even though I would get less hours working at a summer job or stay for reduced price summer dorming that I can afford and work almost full time and can eventually buy a car to be able to move in with my bf?
