Mind is racing, can't sleep, can't pee

I am going through a hypomanic phase even though my second psychiatrist "undiagnosed" me.

My mind is so in fire that I can't focus enough to pee. I have always had a shy bladder but it is getting ridiculous. It takes me minutes!!!

Ahh...what's wrong with me?
