Anyone know how they keep track of companion parking?

Going weekend 2. Unfortunately I have to leave after the show on Friday, skip Saturday, and I come back late on Saturday night. I know that companion parking has no in/out. Does anyone know how they keep track of this? I'm planning on buying 2 companion passes because this is the only way that I can make this year happen. And I'd hopefully just be able to leave Friday night, and come back Saturday night and use my second companion parking pass. But if they keep track of car license plates or something crazy, I would be out of luck.
