Risk of scholarship being revoked?

Hi guys. I've been given scholarships from both the Army and the Air Force. Though highschool I've held a 3.8 GPA while taking some challenging classes. But this third quarter of my senior year I'm really struggling in my AP lit class. If I get a significantly lower grade is there a real chance of having one or both of my scholarships revoked?
