Before the Rank update, I was GN4. Now, i'm silver 1 and I haven't won a single match since November 20th.

I have been playing CS:GO and some other Steam games on and off lately, because i've been trying to focus more on life and less on video games. From November 31st - April 14th, I have played about 30 matches of CS:GO and have lost all of them. I use to be Gold Nova 4, and now i'm silver 1, and I guess i've gotten so used to being in Silver 1 that I now play like a silver 1. I can't land a shot, I can't do anything, i'm a terrible player now and I hate it. Is there anything I can do about this? I can do so much better if I just get back into Gold Nova. I just played a match 5 minutes ago where I got 2 kills, 27 deaths and 3 assists.
