GA brewery and coffee roaster collaborations - untapped potential?

With the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) Expo currently going on in Atlanta, my Instagram feed has what look like some one-off collaboration beers made by some Georgia breweries and coffee roasters:

They all sound amazing, but that led me to wonder, why isn't this more common? As far as I know, Terrapin and Southbound are the only GA breweries that have regular collaborative coffee offerings, making Wake-n-Bake and Moonlight Drive with Jittery Joe's Coffee and Perc Coffee Roasters, respectively (Are there more? Please comment below). The Atlanta area alone as both great breweries and coffee roasters. Just as one example, there is always so much demand for coffee stouts so it just strikes me as a lot of untapped potential!
