[Acne] Why is all new acne on one side of my face?

One side of my face is increasingly forming acne (cheeks and around nose), while my other side is clear. I do not use cellphones, sleep on both sides almost equally (favoring the clear side when possible), do not touch it with my hands, etc.

It also has an increase in the "bad oil" causing dermatitis in a separate area (nose). Is there anything I can do to find a cause?
