Better move: paying Osweiller big money or mortgaging tons of picks for Goff/Wentz?

Obviously far too early for anyone to know, but I think there's a good discussion here. If it were your team, and you were QB starved, would you rather pay top dollar for a relative unknown FA QB or make a massive trade up to snag a top draft prospect?
