[EVENT] European Space Conference

Michel: Some of you may not know this, but a few years Germany, Algeria, and myself started a joint space project to start a lunar research station. We haven't heard from Alergia recently and is had become increasingly harder for Germany and Vatican to meet our deadlines. That is why I have called this conference, to readvise the moon station project and to see if anyone wants to join the project. While we are looking mainly towards European countries for this mission, we are willing to accept other foreign powers if they are willing to put forth some effort to help and if the members of this committee agree.
