Shonen Mystery Minis Question.

So I just got a huge haul of the Shonen Jump mystery minis and I was looking at PPG for each value and I saw that they had Piccolo and Kon on there but its not on the back of the HT exclusive box so is it same to assume that those two will be exclusive somewhere else like Gamestop maybe?
