/r/Vaporents please help!! Arizer Air not heating up. ='(

As the title says, my Air is not heating up. The heat indicator light goes straight to solid blue like it's already up to temp, no matter what heat level I put it to, and it never heats. Anyone experience this, and know how to fix it, or am I screwed?
