Suck at tank positioning TVT so much. Need help please.

I thought I had an advantage by taking early 3rd CC and my upgrades were better due to killing his ebays. Threw away the game at the end due to not knowing how to stop aggressive tanks.

I don't know how I got to diamond. I certainly don't deserve it.
