Question about OLTV

Bonjour à tous ! I have a some questions about OLTV:

If you're subscribed, would you say it's worth it?
Is it available in the US, and if so, is the match commentary in French ?

I'm learning French, and I love football, but it's difficult to watch Ligue 1 in the states, and I would prefer to watch in French. Thanks in advance for any info given.
