Recent phone upgrade

So I just went from the Samsung Galaxy S3, which I had for about 5 years, to the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. I know a lot has changed in the app world and there were apps I couldn't get on my S3 because of how out dated it was. So just looking for some general app recommendations. Thanks!
