Why did DEVO's Hardcore Vol.1 & Vol.2 get taken off Spotify and Amazon Music?

I usually always listen Hardcore Devo Vol.1 and 2. I went onto Amazon music and its gone now, same with on Spotify. Anyone have any knowledge on why this is? Not sure why they'd take it off? Thanks
