Not sure what else to do about this ban.

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry if this isn't something people want posted, but I'm really upset and desperate. I've worked hard during the small amount of free time I have to play, level up, quest, etc. on OSRS with my character Curtt94 for a little while now. I had pretty decent stats and an okay cash stack at cmb 71, but I'll get to the point...

The last thing I remember was giving a few friends some gold really quick one night to help them as being a poor lowbie sucks. A few days later after a ton of school and work bullshit I try to log on and de-stress just to find out I was banned. I was perma-banned for macroing and botting a few days ago WRONGFULLY. I'm not blaming Jagex or anything like that. I wish I could appeal to the ban as I feel I was "mugged" by a hacker without being sure. I had not played for at the least a few days before the ban. I feel cheating takes away from the game and have come to find a fondness for the grind as it was relaxing just to click around on an easy game while wathcing some netflix in a comfy chair. I NEVER have and NEVER will use macros or botting software as what the hell is the point of the game then? I just wish I knew what botting/macroing they saw my account performing and on what IP as all my computers are very secure and I don't share my information. While it may not be the most godlike account stat or money-wise I've poured a lot of work into it with what little time I've had and refuse to go down without a fight.

I have no clue where to go as Jagex does not answer macroing/botting mail, but I am desperate for this account. I can't mentally make another account as my depression is far enough spiraled and restarting would break a small part of me. Any ideas, suggestions? I am really desperate to just get back to my favorite relaxation method after this hacker fucked everything up... thanks for reading if you've made it this far. :(
