[Spoilers] To the Sunbro I encountered in Crucifixion Woods

You were probably expecting a quick jaunt over to the Crystal Sage, and an easy ember and sunlight medal, but as soon as we left the fire, a red phantom attacked us. After a hard fight of about ten minutes, we carried on through the swamp. I led you away from the Sage's boss room, since I'd already defeated her, and went into Farron Keep.

We traipsed along, hopping from island to island. You showed me where the flames were to unlock the next boss, and even showed me an illusion wall. We were a great team, each with our own greatsword. Eventually, we made it to the Wolf of Farron bonfire, where we were invaded a second time. We made short work of that fat Red Sun traitor.

Undaunted, we went up the elevator and quickly defeated the Stray Demon, then continued our island hopping journey through Farron. Eventually, you went up to show me the third flame to unlock the boss, and disaster struck. A huge monster wielding a tree spitting evil red skulls smashed us and almost killed both of us. I had to use the last of my healing just to finish it off. We carried on, though and I extinguished the last flame.

Then, an even bigger mishap occurred. Just behind the third flame's shrine, we were invaded a third time. This time, it was an NPC invader. I couldn't see them, but I saw their staff flash. I knew they were down there and tried to point them out. As soon as my finger tapped the button, a shotgun blast of sorcery launched at us and killed me instantly.
