Dark Soul 3 Letter Scale Values?

Are these exactly the same as Dark Souls stat letter scaling? (Aka S = 140% - 200%)?

I'm trying to find out the best way to build my Dark Sword and I love Dark Damage, but it gets an S from a Lightning or Crystal infusion:

They have C/D/S or C/D/B/B

The C/D/B/B looks appealing because the two B's seem like they'd pull more weight in more late game stat investment, but after doing countless calculations based on averages of scale %'s from DS1 and DS2, if DS3 has similar to them then the single S in the C/D/S out performs the B/B by at least 20% in total AR...

and I hate lightning on a DARK Sword.......................

SoOoOoOoOOooOoo what do I do.

I can also go Blessed Dark Sword for 5-10% less damage than the Dark infused Dark Sword and have a BS nice weapon with a +3 Heal per 1.5 sec, stacked with the 2 hp regen ring, stacked with the caitha hp regen chime. Just gotta outlive the opponent, isnt that the point? lol
