I think I know why I can't import save game from my old device

The reason is: my device isn't capable of copying the entire saved code to the clipboard. The amount of text is simply too large. After copying the saved game code from the gmail client, I realize that I'm unable to paste the code even on a word processing app. In other words, the code is too huge for my device to handle. No wonder when I tried to import, cookie collector says, 'No Code'.

I'm using samsung tab s2, which is supposed to be their latest tablet.

Does anyone else have the same problem?
