Packing advice

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had advice for packing. My problem is that when I wear my packer against my skin, it gets irritated and itchy. Has anyone else had that problem? Have you found any solutions? My only solution is to wear girl underwear between my packer and my skin, and I don't like that.
