Advice on keeping to plans made on 60mg insufflated methylphenidate?
Not even sure if this is where I should post this. TL;DR at the bottom So, I'm on about 60mg of methylphenidate to catch up on school work (I've been using it every few days for the past month or so as a performance enhancing drug in Academia), and I had a conversation with a friend who is concerned for my drug use. I agree with her. I shouldn't have to rely on a substance to be capable of completing school work; I realize that I've been inattentive / not motivated for school for my entire life (thinking back to my actions in elementary / high school). I created a list (as people on stimulants often do) - the actions on said list would definitely be beneficial to productiveness in my life and would help me build structure.
My point is, how can I even go about sticking to the points on my list? I want my life to consist of doing all of them, but I feel as though I'm going to wake up in the morning and be no more motivated than every other day - and neglect the list. Anyone have any ideas on how to keep yourself motivated?
TL;DR - What can you do to sustain the realizations / motivation you have while on a stimulant while sober?
