How long will the anger phase last?

Did you ever go through an "anger phase" as you adopted the MGTOW mindset? How long did it last? Many psychologists think that anger is just depression turned outward. Did you ever experience sadness following the anger? Resentment toward women will accomplish nothing. The solution is indifference, but I don't think that is realistic, at least not in the short term. Please share your experience.
