Just played my first two promo matches [Bad Experience]

So I just hit 30 and thought ranked would be fun with no trolls. Oh was I wrong. The amount of trolls and the high level of toxicity I experienced makes me want to quit league. So how to deal? I'm not enjoying the game anymore.
