Optimizing challenge mode

If you didn't know, the challenge mode continues to drop loot every time you complete it and the rewards are not effected by how many points you earn. My friends and I did the challenge mode in 4:54 and I got multiple exotics above our light level. Thus, it is in everyone's best interest to do the arena as fast as possible to farm exotics. Also, we received multiple blue weapons above 315. Our method for this were God roll hung juries but I've now seen ideas with NTTE and possibly of ToM. So, if you have an idea about how to go fast for this challenge please post your ideas and findings.
