I know the game, and I can actively, successfully apply it, but...

I guess I should start my story off by saying I started my Redpill(or whatever) story by buying a physical copy of "Rules of the Game," a book I'm sure most veterans are familiar with. I went through the 30 days and noticed myself giving off a lot more of alpha energy. Girls in my workplace started becoming more responsive towards me. I can get a lay with any of them (sadly none of them are above a 7) if I put in a little effort, but I choose not to because of religious reasons. But as I am still just a man, I still desire physical intimacy, just not anything just before 3rd base. However, I'd also rather not try to play the market (in front of me) randomly using trial and error to find a deeper connection, because 1: I don't want to be seen as a fuckboy(very negative image in the workplace), and 2: I don't want to needlessly hurt countless girls' hearts. I've done so more than once in the past, and I've decided I'm never going to do it again, because you lose all your status as a gentleman once you hurt a woman you're supposed to protect.

So I want your help on this: How do I actively play the market(and make women irresistible to me on command) whilst minimizing the pain?
