Nano-Degrees through Udacity

I am about to finish my Freshman year studying CSCI. We just had a representative form ViaSat come to our school who gave a lecture on tips for getting an internship/job in CSCI. One of the things he discussed was Nano-degrees.

I did a little bit of research and I plan on taking one or two over summer along with the classes at my college(Unfortunately I am capped on credits)
I feel very confident in my ability to take/pass the course, I was just hoping for a gauge on how useful they are and if I truly will learn as much as they advertise.
