[DIPLOMACY] Conakry to Washington

Seneguinea has noted that there has been a strong change in the current within the United States with the end of the Trump presidency and commencement of the Gabbard Administration. This change has brought about the reemergence of the United States on the global scale and as such, Guinea would seek to reaffirm the bilateral relations of Seneguinea with the United States. Seneguinea hopes that the level of cordiality from the Obama years may be reestablished.
