Would a ceramic filter remove all sodium levels in yellow water being input through them?

To create a water treatment system, I'm considering using a ceramic cup of sorts to remove the struvite created through the hydrolysis of urine and then through to activated carbon filtration however I'm unable to find if the sodium will be removed by the ceramic filter since we intend to separate a portion of the water for disinfectant creation through the use of electro oxidation.

edit: the sodium is preferably let through, how else would this be achieved if not by ceramic?
