Is there a config file I can tweak to boost my FPS?

My laptop is a bit below minspec and so Overwatch doesn't run very well, even on all lowest settings. For some games, I can alleviate this by tweaking settings in an ini or config file to make the game playable; I was wondering if there's anything like this for Overwatch.

If anyone knows how I can accomplish this/what settings to change, that would be very helpful.

I don't really care about graphics, it could look like an n64 game so long as it's smooth.
