Is it just my internet or is the in game RB4 store absolute garbage?

I cant be on it for more than 30 seconds before it crashes. This is the only thing i have troubles with on any game/system over the internet.

I dont ask for much with this game, but it would be nice if could buy extra songs without fighting the broken interface and praying it doesnt crash.
