kind of frustrated

hey all. just hit 30. how can i farm for good loot? i enter the dz and get destroyed by mobs, so the dz is totally unplayable for me now. i cant even go for supply drops cause ppl in groups of like 5 are going for it and ill just die. dont have anyone to play with so its a tad hard.
