Best Earbuds <20$?

I don't know if this is the right subreddit for this, but, I lost my previous earbuds. I usually use them for just music, netflix, youtube, and some other types of videos ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Does not need to be terribly cheap and I want one with a good build.
