My UE900 broke, is this still fixable?

I asked an electrician general repairer, he told me that it would cost about 60-90$ with no promise that it'd get fixed because of the 'damage'.

Does anybody know whether this is still fixable or not by resoldering it? I'm getting really desperate :'(

I'm out of warranty and I've tried to contact the support, they told me to buy a new pair instead (the UE900s)
