Laying on blotter paper?

SWIM has recently acquired some strong liquid lsd and would like to lay it on blotter paper. SWIM can only find articles about laying crystal and is looking for the best way to lay on blotter for a newbie. There is no getting around this yes SWIM knows liquid form is best or candies work but it needs to go on blotter.
