Horrible service, would not recommend

After a near full week of support not being able to get my vps working as advertised I decided to do a refund. Creeperhost told me I needed to upgrade my server to stop the errors it was having when attempting to install games, they claimed it did not have enough disc space even though I knew that was false. I gave the benefit of the doubt to actually see if it was storage and upgraded my package two tiers higher to the one they told me to get. It did not need to be upgraded and it continued to have the errors. So I refunded within the week and they only gave me the money for the first purchase, not to the one I was upgraded too. And now they will not reply back or give me my full refund. Incredibly incompetent service.
