Hasn't ESO kinda ruined the possibility of the next Elder Scrolls being in High Rock, Valenwood, Hammerfell or mainland Morrowind?

Since, basically all of High rock and Valenwood, and big chunks of mainland Morrowind and Hammerfell are in ESO. That would ruin it, because Bethesda would have to design the map to be exactly like ESO's. That would kinda ruin the exploring and stuff if you have played ESO, because you would have seen everything before.
