[Product Question] Will Vitamin C help redness? & brand recommendations on Amazon

Hi everyone! I'm thinking of getting a Vitamin C serum and before I put the money into it, I'm wondering if it'll help improve redness. Also, I'm planning to buy on Amazon because I'll have a gift card, does anyone have brand recs on Amazon for $25 or less? I'm not sure what brands to trust.
