IVF cycle cancelled for unusual reasons

My flare protocol was going well and I was scheduled for my first monitoring appointment this week. Then I fell down some stairs and injured my knee.

After a 12 hour ER visit, I'm in a cast and cancelled my cycle. It's kinda wild that this would happen in this cycle. I'm still bewildered that this has happened.
