Giving support more power for what we're known for.

Unique buff from the dragon, when you have a support item only. The buff will be when support item is brought they will be able to place two pinks or ability to have 4/4 wards placed.(NOT BOTH preferred)

Note A: Make it so jungler can't purchase a support item and jungle item.(I'm saving you lp)

Note B:Logically it makes most sense for it to be only for the support eye items to be able place 4/4 ward down, basically changing unique passive when 1st or 2nd dragon is obtained.
