How do I cook these dumplings?

So I just went to H Mart and bought some pork buns. It says "Ready to eat" on it so I was just wondering how I should cook these? I, to be honest, have a phobia about raw meats (OCD), so I don't know if I should disinfect stuff when cooking these because it's pork. BUT, it does already saw ready to eat. But its cold so how do I cook them correctly so I don't have to worry about all of that and so they also stay soft and nice. I don't have a dream just regular skillets, an oven, and microwave.
