Clearing the air

Hello SWG Users,

I wanted to clear the air regarding the rumors that were going around about Violet and I awhile back. Before I get into anything I want to make it clear that there is NO CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE that ANY staff member had sexual relations with Violet. Any accusations that have been made have been nothing but pure speculation and rumors perpetuated by trolls.

Back during the time of SWG Reborn a user named violet contacted me about some in game issues they were having; naturally I responded as anybody would and helped the person with their problems as best I could. This user continued to PM me as time went on and eventually we became friends. From time to time Violet would come into the community teamspeak and talk with some staff members. This is when the rumors started.

I didn’t think much of them at first, simply some fool trolls poking fun at a harmless friendship until I got an anonymous text message threatening me to stay away from Violet. My first impression was that this was somebody she knew in real life, however I had her number at the time and the area codes didn’t match up. I had nearly forgotten about it after a few weeks when I received an email sent to my personal email that is not associated with any gaming channels. Yet again, it was another threat to stay far away, “or else”.

During this time my relationship with Violet got much more unstable. She was regularly getting bullied in teamspeak, on the forums and in game and she was going through a period of depression in her life. Violet would go through periods where she would be reduced to tears during our phone conversations due to the constant in game harassment and trolling that she had to endure. After a few weeks she got more and more distant and started logging in less and less.

It was at this point that I received an anonymous phone call from somebody with a voice changer.. I was told I should have listened to the warnings or else something bad would happen. At this point I couldn’t contain my rage. I screamed back into the phone ‘or else you’ll do what to me?’ The person started laughing and said that nothing bad would happen to me, but to somebody I cared about. Then they hung up. I haven’t heard from either Violet or that person ever since.

Has anybody seen or heard from Violet? I am banned on the SWGLegends forums and cannot post and registration is disabled. Please let me know privately if you have any information regarding this.
