How can I speed up my dungeoneering?

Currently level 70 dungeoneering, working towards Priff and some rewards (bone crusher and prayer necklaces). I usually dungeoneer alone, but I still feel like it takes me a while to get through dungeons (+5 mins on small complexity 1, 10-15 mins for small complexity 6). What are some things I can do to lower my times and cut back on wandering aimlessly looking for keys.

Also what's a good way to go through floors to get the best xp? I currently go through frozen on small 1 complexity, go to about floor 25 on small complexity 6, and go to my max floor on medium complexity 6.
