Massive is dropping the ball

I've been doing my best to communicate to Hamish Bode/Massive and now also Yannick. While there was a few replies from Hamish they're still not making it obvious that since 1.1 they're listening to us.

To me, that's when people start dropping off. Massive needs to at the least release a statement saying they're acknowledging the loot issues and in my opinion should also apologize for the shit show that is the incursion. They need to communicate more. People don't only pay for these games with their own money, they put a portion of their lives into it.

In some cases merely to provide feed back so the wider game population has a better experience and I don't feel that massive's QA is doing a very good job. I'm doing my best to make it clear to them that things need to change but nothing has come of it yet. We need more voices, we need to be heard.
