What should I do with this colonist?

She shows up out of nowhere, the ex-husband of one of my other colonists -- we'll call him Doc. We'll call her Dina. She's a neurotic, pessimistic nudist. I can see why Doc, a very sane and happy person left her.

She isn't so bad to begin with, but over time she starts grating on everyone, causing arguments and starting fights. I'd decided I'd had enough of her shiv when she used it on Doc. Fortunately I had another doctor to heal both of them, but I decided to arrest her.

Needless to say she was not pleased. Now Doc's seeing another colonist, Anna, who's previous husband was killed in a raid -- but he was fighting for the other side. I've been contemplating harvesting Dina's kidneys and other such organs, what do you suggest?
