Phenylephrine / Questions

Soo tomorrow will be me and my friends first time trying DXM HBR (we've only done poli) and offbrand cough syrup (all doing this before school tomorrow) at around a 2nd plat. And the only thing that the dollar tree had was this brand called Triaminic and it contains Phenlephrin HCI (2.5 mg per 5 ML) and I have never heard of this phenlephrin HCI. Should I be conserned? Should I avoid this and absolutly not take this?

And if it is dangerous or bad for my body. How bad it is?
