[Question] Team Gyms Power Balance

With the new information about gyms coming out, what do you guys think about the team power balance in holding and taking gyms? Does it seem like larger teams have an advantage? You can only drop off one pokemon per gym, so having more team members around to fill up your gym helps a lot. More members training at the gym raises the prestige, making it harder to take down back to neutral. Also, it seems like you can only train at your team's gym, so wouldn't smaller teams have less of a chance to get stronger to beat other gyms? It looks like a positive feedback loop to me. (take gym--> train pokemon --> take more gyms/raise prestige of gyms by beating more pokemon)

I was hoping that, by joining the smaller team on my campus, I'd be able to level up a little quicker by taking down gyms. If pokemon owned by the gym are leveling up quicker than I can challenge them(especially as the prestige gets higher and it gets harder to turn the gym back to neutral), this wouldn't work. Is there another method to strengthening pokemon other than gyms?

How do you think the teams will balance themselves out member-wise?
