How do I get in on the lawsuits against ITT-Technical Institute that may result in loan forgiveness?

I went to school in Earth City, MO by St. Louis and graduated back in 2003. I'm not sure if I qualify for any benefits of these lawsuits but I can't find the info I'm looking for. Thanks for you help!
