Build Help

###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

This is going to be a dedicated streaming/recording PC. Hoping to be able to stream to twitch at 720 and record at 1080 simultaneously. I'll be streaming my PS4 with OBS and an Elgato, but may look to upgrade my capture card to an internal one somewhere in the future.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

Not going to be used for gaming

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Max would probably be $800

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA

This is my first time building a PC, so I'm not sure if these are the best options. Any feedback/advice would be appreciated.
